Happy Mothersday!

Today the Polish people celebrate Mothersday, which was easy to see in Kemira. Most of our Polish collegues took the day off to spend it with their mothers. As there were no food deliveries today and almost all the shops and restaurants were closed, Tomek from the front office made sure that everyone in the eight floor got something to fill their stomach with.

And of course, the whole floor got their own Angry Bird masks!

Althought the city felt rather sleepy today, there was some action at the Kemira parkingslot. A triathlon for children! Who would have guessed... This is how it looked like after the finish line:

Ice hockey

Although we are here in Gdansk, we haven't forgotten our passion for ice hockey and have been supporting our national team in the last couple of weeks during the world championship matches. We'll always find a way to watch the matches even though they aren't shown on TV, although semi-final and final matches were shown. After all the hard work the team had done, in the end we lost to Canada. Still Good Game! //T-P

Welcome!

We are six trainees doing our interships in Kemira. Three of us are working in IT Service Desk, two in Customer Service (one in both offices) and one in Procurement.

From left to right: Tom-Paul, Katja, Annica, Anna Aleksandra, Mira and Antti-Jussi

Annica, Mira and Tom-Paul belong to IT Service Desk team  and they started on 16th of May. This first week has been full of training and getting known to each other.

Anna-Aleksandra and Katja contribute Customer Service (CS) team. Katja is working in the Back Office of CS and she started on 4th of May. She has had already few weeks of work. Anna Aleksandra is working in the CS Front Office and started on the 8th of May. Even though they work in different departments, Anna Aleksandra and Katja communicate quite much and work some cases together.

Antti-Jussi is a part of procurement execution team. He started on 4th of May with Katja, so he has already had few weeks of experience.
